Fun, funny money Come to Red Cross' Monte Carlo Night Jan. 22 at St. Joseph's School   SUNNYSIDE (11-26-99)--Funny Money Monte Carlo Night returns to St. Joseph's Catholic School in Sunnyside Saturday, Jan. 22.   According to Melody Eikenbary of the American Red Cross, sponsor of the event, patrons be offered exciting entertainment, door prizes and a no-host bar that evening.   In addition, Lower Valley Soroptimists will host an all-you-can-eat crab feed as well.   All proceeds from Monte Carlo gaming will benefit the Lower Valley American Red Cross.   The Jan. 22 fund raiser will be held from 5 p.m. to midnight. Tickets are available at the local Red Cross office, 340 S. 6th St.
