nabbed in cocaine bust
- SUNNYSIDE
(Monday, 11-1-99)--Police have arrested two
men at 1:30 this afternoon for delivering and
conspiring to deliver cocaine in
Sunnyside.
-
- Undercover
police bought a quarter kilo of coke in the
600 block of Yakima Valley Highway.
-
- Given U.S. drug
law effects on cocaine prices, what would be
a few cents worth of the powder in South
America has an inflated U.S. street value of
$5,000 in Sunnyside. The inflated prices keep
drug barons in business.
-
- The sale took
place within 1,000 feet of a school, officers
said. Police also reportedly seized a '98
Dodge Durango in the deal, which will be
sold. Any equity dollars in the vehicle will
flow into the police budget .

Moreno,
21, of 122 4th Ave., and

Beltran,
