Christmas Parade coming up! Councilman will help transport your lighted parade entry to town By Chad Werkhoven SUNNYSIDE (Monday, 11-11-99)---As you know, the Christmas Parade is right around the corner.    In an effort to encourage more people to enter their farm equipment in this year's parade, I am offering to use my truck and trailer to help them transport their entries to town and back.   Some people have gotten the idea that in order to enter the parade they need to have a great big 18 wheeler or combine or something with a billion lights on it.   I want to encourage people that even a small orchard tractor with some nice lights on it adds just as much to the parade as the great big entries.   Another one of the things that prohibits people from entering the parade is the logistics of getting their small tractor to town and back.  Folks who are interested in being in the parade are invited to call us for help.   If you have any questions, please give me a call.   Thanks, Chad Werkhoven Valley Truck Repair 837-4080 - Day 837-6713 - Eve.
