Couple arrested Deputies uncover meth lab BENTON CITY (Thursday, 6-14-99)---A local couple were arrested at their home here at 3:50 p.m. today on charges of possessing and manufacturing controlled substances, according to Benton County deputies.   Arrested were Clifford Leonard Zatelli, 35, and Patricia Elizabeth Zatelli, 31, of 11414 NW Whan Road.   Deputies and the Tri-City Metro drug Task Force searched the Zatelli home after their arrests. They reportedly found ephedrine along with chemicals used to make meth amphetamine. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia also were located, officers said.   Deputies contacted the Washington State S.I.R.T. and Dept. of Ecology to remove chemicals from the site.   The Zatellies are being held at Benton County Jail.
