Ochoa was arrested at the Mid Valley Mall for delivering almost a half pound of marijuana. Police said this was the fourth delivery made during an ongoing investigation. Two deliveries reportedly were made within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Arrested was Manuel Farias, Jr., 19, of 839 S. Everett St., Kennewick. He was charged with stabbing Esequiel Martinez in the shoulder. His aim apparently wasn't that great; police said Farias also accidentally slashed his friend, Leonardo Guillen, 19, in the upper arm during the fight.

Five minutes later, police spotted Farias' car, and took him into custody. At that point, cops saw Guillen's wound. Guillen was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
